Bentley Roar
A female spectator covers her ears as British driver Woolf Barnato roars by in his 6.5 litre Bentley Speed Six at the 1930 24 Hours Le Mans race in France. Barnato won a record-setting 3rd consecutive victory in his British Racing Green 2.5 ton car, which covered a distance of 1,821 miles with co-driver Glen Kidston ... the 2nd win in the same car, and the last Bentley to win until 2003.

One of the fabled 'Bentley Boys' Woolf 'Babe' Barnato was heir to a South African diamond fortune and chairman of Bentley Motors Ltd until 1931. Considered "the best driver we ever had" by W.O. Bentley.
